Vault of the Beamcasters Walkthrough

The western branch explores gems and beams. Older Demo material calls this branch The Promise. This guide separates the one available Demo board from the released-game Vault walkthrough and its gem collection routes.

Updated · Regional guide and community board directory

1 western Demo board, 0 recorded routes. This is not a complete Vault or gem checklist; no full-release board or gem total is asserted by this page.

How do the western puzzles differ?

The explorer uses gems and coloured beams to gain abilities. The early PlayStation hands-on covers this branch under the name The Promise. Follow the beam’s path and the ability it provides before deciding where to move.

Unlike the northern directory, our western sample has no stored solution string. Its board image is available for comparison, but there is no Reveal solution button promising a route that the source does not contain.

Finding a matching level and gem guide

Record the level and the gem or obstacle you are trying to reach. A gem count without the level can point you to the wrong section. Our imported board cannot establish which released-game gems have already been covered.

The external Level 2 walkthrough in Sources is organized around 22 gems. That is the scope of the linked guide, not a game-wide total or a claim that this site has verified those 22 routes. Use its matching screenshot and level heading when you need that checklist.

Using the available Demo reference

The board below retains the source name Promesst1 Streamlined. V01 is our local lookup reference. Neither label has been presented as the full-release puzzle’s official display name.

A comparison can still be useful: check the visible beam arrangement, walls and starting position against your screen. If they do not match, return to the level-specific guide instead of treating an empty community route as a hidden solution.

These previews identify community Demo layouts. Lookup labels and source names are preserved; a recorded route has not necessarily been replayed in the released game.
